Licensed as a Broker in 1972, Linda Brimmer is currently the Designated Broker for Midway Properties (owned by Tommy Hudson) and is involved in the administrative procedures.
Linda has been the Wise County Board of Realtors Realtor of the Year, as well as being one of the founding members of the board. She is involved in the Texas Association of Realtors and in the past has been a
member of many committees as well as writing articles for Texas Realtor
Magazine. From 1971 through the present, Linda has attended TAR courses covering all areas of real estate. In recent years, TAR instigated the G.R.I. designation and Linda has now completed the course of study as prescribed by the Education Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Realtors. She has also complied with all other requirements of the Association and has been awarded the certificate and the designation “Graduate, Realtors Institute.”
Linda is fully credited and trained and has successfully completed Sales Training Courses and demonstrated the skill required to service our high standards of public service. Linda has
also completed the necessary training and is an H.U.D. Broker.
Linda is now, and has been for several years, involved in community activities. She is a member of the Wise County Child
Welfare Board and has served as President. Mrs. Brimmer has also served as President of the North Texas Regional Child Welfare Board (1988-89) and a member of the State of Texas Child Welfare Board. Linda is
also very active in Church activities which include conducting Bible Studies in prison facilities.
